Clearview Eye Center was founded by Dr. Sajjad Akhtar in 2001. The center serves the diverse communities of Queens using the latest technologies.
Dr. Akhtar is a board-certified ophthalmologist who was trained at some of the most prestigious institutions in the country. He is an experienced eye surgeon and has performed thousands of successful cataract and laser ophthalmic procedures.
In addition to being a skilled surgeon, Dr. Akhtar is an inventor with several patents to his name. Some of his most notable inventions include a device to measure eye pressure very accurately and an inventory management system for eye surgeries.
